Underwater Navigation

Keeping track of where you are and learning how to get where you want to go are great ways to increase your comfort level. Compass skills are also required to locate wrecks reefs, and other interesting dive sites. During the course you will learn how to navigate by underwater topography, by the use of a compass, and how to compute your air consumption.

Participants must hold a open water certification card and have a compass. Other equipment may be rented from the Aquatic Connection as needed.
