As a requirement of Open Water Certification, students must demonstrate, in an open water environment, proficency with the skills they learned in class . Check out dives are required and can be complete locally or on a dive trip.
- Local check out fee is $63.00 which includes equipment rental and admissions to the quarry – Guppy Gulch, Delta, PA.
- Warm water check outs are is also offered in Ft Lauderdale, FL in May and December or Mexico in March and October.
